The Challenge
Staffing is a two-sided business. Facilities want fast, credentialed coverage; nurses and aides want clear assignments and a simple way to apply. Simtims had the track record, with 5,000+ staff placed and a 98% satisfaction rate, but no site that communicated it or captured either side's requests in a structured way.

We split the information architecture by audience while keeping one brand. Facilities get service pages, county coverage pages, and a two-part staff-request form that captures facility details plus roles, shifts, start date, and duration. Professionals get careers, apply, and referral flows. Proof points sit above the fold so credibility is never more than a scroll away.
